Project Overview

Challenge: Flora and Co Wellness approached Helm Design Studio with a vision: to revolutionize the online wellness space. The goal was to create a website that not only informed visitors about the transformative Woods Gravity Colonic treatment but also embodied the essence of holistic health. The website needed to be intuitive, educational, and seamlessly integrated with eCommerce and booking functionalities, all while maintaining a clean, professional, and brand-aligned aesthetic.

Objectives

Educate and Engage: To demystify holistic treatments for newcomers and provide in-depth information for seasoned wellness enthusiasts. The website was to serve as a comprehensive resource for treatment details, pricing, and related products.

Simplify Online Booking: To streamline the client journey from interest to action, incorporating an easy-to-use booking system that includes a pre-appointment form to enhance efficiency and personalisation.

Reflect Brand Identity: To design a digital space that resonated with Flora and Co's ethos, using a carefully selected colour palette and custom illustrations to create an inviting and memorable user experience.

Strategy and Implementation

User-Centric Design: Our approach centered around the user's journey. We meticulously mapped out the site architecture to ensure information was easily accessible, educational, and engaging. From detailed service descriptions to clear pricing and product offerings, every element was designed with the user in mind.

Holistic Brand Integration: We chose a colour palette that not only grabbed attention but also soothed and welcomed users, mirroring the holistic and healing nature of Flora and Co Wellness. The custom illustrations added a personal touch, embodying the brand's unique approach to wellness and setting the site apart from competitors.

Technology and Customisation: Developed on Squarespace for its versatility and user-friendliness, we enhanced the site with custom CSS to achieve a truly bespoke feel. The integration of a scheduling app streamlined the booking process, allowing clients to book and pay for their services online. The pre-appointment form facilitated by this integration meant that every session could start on time and be tailored to the client's needs, enhancing the overall customer experience.

E-commerce Functionality: Recognising the importance of holistic health beyond the clinic, we incorporated an eCommerce platform that allowed visitors to browse and purchase wellness products directly from the website, further extending the brand's reach and service.
