Project Overview

Challenge: In an era where digital screens often overshadow green scenes, Wildhood Bush Kindy emerged as a beacon of hope, aiming to rekindle the innate connection between children and the natural world. Helm Design Studio was approached with a vital mission: to craft a brand identity that encapsulated Wildhood's vision of nurturing a new generation of nature lovers and advocates. The challenge was to convey the essence of unstructured nature play and its profound benefits on children's development and well-being through a compelling and resonant brand presence.

Objectives

Creating a Reflective Brand Identity: Our goal was to develop a brand that mirrored the purity, joy, and exploratory spirit of childhood nature play. It needed to appeal to both children and their families, encouraging them to step outside, explore, and fall in love with the world around them.

Encouraging Engagement Through Design: Recognizing the power of visual storytelling, we aimed to design pattern/social sharing backgrounds that not only captured the imagination but also facilitated easy sharing and advocacy for the importance of nature play among the wider community.

Strategy and Implementation

Brand Development and Execution: We embarked on a journey to distill Wildhood Bush Kindy's ethos into a visual identity that spoke directly to the hearts of children and their families. Through a palette inspired by the earth's natural hues and a logo that evokes a sense of adventure and discovery, we created a brand identity that stands as a symbol of freedom, exploration, and the endless possibilities that nature holds.

Pattern/Social Sharing Backgrounds: To amplify Wildhood's message and reach, we crafted a series of pattern designs and social sharing backgrounds. These designs, imbued with elements of the natural world, were not just visually stunning but also purposeful. They served as a digital toolkit for families, educators, and advocates to share Wildhood's vision, spreading the word about the transformative power of nature play.
