Little Range is an Australian children’s health product line owned by Care Pharmaceuticals, offering over-the-counter remedies designed specifically for babies and young children. The product range supports parents in addressing common childhood health concerns such as coughs, constipation, and eye care.
Working alongside Penzance Marketing, Helm Design Studio was engaged to redesign the user interface and user experience of the Little Range website, rebuilding the existing site so it performed seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. The project maintained the existing content, structure, and product information while improving responsiveness, usability, and performance across all devices.
The objective of the project was to rebuild the Little Range website to provide a consistent and user-friendly experience across all devices while maintaining the existing layout, content, and functionality. The redesign focused on improving mobile usability, ensuring parents could easily navigate product information, health guidance, and retailer locations from their phones while also improving site performance and load speed.

Helm began by reviewing the existing website structure and identifying opportunities to improve usability, particularly for mobile users where screen space and navigation are more limited.
Working alongside Penzance Marketing, Helm redesigned the UI and UX across both desktop and mobile devices, ensuring the site maintained its familiar structure while introducing a more responsive and intuitive layout.
Key improvements included refining the hero banner layout for better readability and performance, simplifying product grids into a single-column format for easier mobile browsing, and prioritising key information so parents could quickly understand what each product is used for.
Additional attention was given to improving visual hierarchy across product pages to help users quickly identify what problem the product solves, how it should be used, and where it can be purchased. Images were also optimised to reduce load times and improve overall website performance.
The redesigned website now delivers a responsive and accessible digital experience that works smoothly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. By improving navigation, layout structure, and page performance, the new design helps parents quickly find trusted information about children’s health products and locate retailers that stock the range.
The result is a clearer, faster, and more intuitive website that supports Little Range’s role as a trusted resource for parents seeking safe and effective remedies for common childhood health concerns.
